At GoPaper Solutions, we aim to provide high-quality packaging products and a smooth purchasing experience. This Refund & Returns Policy outlines the terms under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted, in compliance with Canadian consumer protection laws.
Overview
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange, except where required by law.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging

Items must be in the same condition as received

Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of packaging and food-contact products, the following items cannot be returned:

Opened or used packaging products

Food-contact items once opened

Clearance or sale items

Custom, bulk, or special-order items

Gift cards

Downloadable or digital products
These exclusions are permitted under Canadian consumer law for hygiene, safety, and custom goods.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is:

Damaged during shipping

Incorrect or missing from your order
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing sales@gopaper.ca, including photos and your order number.
Eligible cases will receive:

A replacement, or

A refund, at our discretion
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment

Processing time is typically 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:

Sale Items
Only regularly priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be refunded, except where required by law.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift at checkout and shipped directly to the recipient:
